You can just turn up, but classes are popular so booking in advance guarantees your place

There are 3 easy ways to book onto our popular classes. 

1. Call us during office hours on 0413 942 938
2. SMS to 0413 942 938. Just type in your name & class you want to attend
3. Online click the Book Now link

If you do not hear back from us consider yourself booked. Please do let us know if you can not make it so we can free up your reserved space.

What to bring 

All you need are shorts/leggings, t-shirt/singlet. We provide mats, but do recommend you purchase your own at the Academy ($25).  If you are new to the Academy please do come a little early so that we can get to know you and show you around the studios.
