What to Expect

yoga class Whether you are a yoga beginner or advanced student you will always find a class at the Cairns Yoga Academy that is right for your level and a teacher who can offer the support and guidance you need to get the most out of your Yoga practice.

Each yoga class is taught by some of the most experienced and highly qualified yoga teachers in Cairns. Classes are 75-90 minutes long and all incorporate: 
  • Yoga Postures - Dynamic and powerful which will improve your strength, stamina & flexibility
  • Breathing techniques - Enhance your vitality and keep your nervous system calm and balanced
  • Meditation/Relaxation - Learn to better manage your daily stress
