Each class at the Cairns Yoga Academy will challenge and inspire you. All classes begin with getting you centred and ready for class with yogic breathing techniques. Your teacher will then lead your class through a series of yoga postures. These are usually presented with more- and less challenging options so that everyone can be comfortable. Some classes use props like straps and foam blocks to help establish a pose. Each Yoga class ends with several minutes of relaxation & meditation.

Everyone leaves Cairns Yoga Academy classes feeling more alive, present, and healthier than when they came in.
