About the Work:

John's grounding in Yoga and Osteopathy and Psychology has stimulated a continually evolving practice that acknowledges bio-mechanical principles, eastern and western approaches to personal growth while giving space for creative mvement and insight.  His teaching is always moving and it is hard to predict what the focus may be at any point in the future.  Suffice to say the approach is always underpinned by sound anatomical, physiological and biomechanical principles. It acknowledges the psycho-emotional element and provides a framework within which each participant may experience something new. Presently he is working with rhythm, repetition and release and encouraging the element of expression with surprising and profound results.
